How to replace the graphite ring? |
The following step:
If the graphite ring is damaged or the cast aluminum rod is not blocked in the waterway, and the surface of the aluminum rod is rough, the graphite ring must be replaced.
1. Loosen the four bolts of the mold and remove the mold from the mold table.
2. Remove the three O-rings, and use a special tool to unscrew the pressure ring to take out the adapter plate.
3. Loosen the two hexagon socket bolts of the mold, divide the mold into two pieces, and take care to remove an O-ring between the two molds.
4. Invert and rotate the upper ring of the crystallizer on a small turntable, and heat the crystallizer with a liquefied petroleum gas gun until the graphite ring falls off.
5. Place the upper ring of the crystallizer and install a new graphite ring, pay attention to add a little material to press the graphite ring. Apply lard once while the graphite ring is hot.
6. After natural cooling, put back all the materials and clean them up, pay attention to the small O-ring and its position, and align the overflow holes.
